Cambium Networks moves forward with positive developments for the customers and partners who have chosen its technologies over the years. On 14 October 2026, Univastu completed the acquisition of the ePMP and Enterprise businesses, which include Fixed Wireless Broadband solutions, Wi-Fi access points and cnMatrix switches.
The businesses will continue to operate under the Cambium Networks brand, preserving the identity around which customers and partners have built their expertise, infrastructure and projects.
The announced plans include involving distributors and channel partners in the transition, retaining the expertise of Cambium employees, and developing a long-term plan for product development and customer support.
The transaction follows Airspan’s earlier acquisition of the PMP 450, PTP 670, PTP 700, cnWave and cnReach product lines, together with several software tools for network management and planning.
cnMaestro also remains central, with the announcement confirming that the platform is operational in support of Univastu’s and Airspan’s respective product portfolios, under the acquisition and transition agreements.
Together, the two transactions provide a path forward for the acquired businesses, preserving the value of Cambium technologies and relationships with customers and channel partners.
